The first Archipelagic and Island States Youth Conference with the theme “Bridging the Waves for the Ocean Future We Want” takes place in Bali, Indonesia from October 6 to 8, 2023. Youth and young adults contribute to promoting a sustainable future by committing to ocean action, fostering an environment suitable for innovation, sustainable practices, practical maritime governance, climate resilience, and partnerships.
Youth and young adults in the archipelagic and island states can receive funding and accommodations to attend the conference in person.
